Generally, living busy lives and such we forget to honour this sacred space within us and for many women this is where we dump emotions and energy that we are unwilling or unable to face.

Yoni in sanskrit literally means sacred temple, and is used to refer to a woman’s vagina. Yep you have your own sacred temple with you at all times, pretty cool huh! When our inner Yoni is strong it can prevent leakage of our vital force and sexual energy.
